First, If you like to eat meat more that vegetables, the Roujia Mo you must to try it. Roujia Mo is made by marinated meat in baked bun. It doesn’t have any kind of vegetables and sauce. Roujia Mo only have marinated meat and bun. At the first bite, you will feel the aroma of the meat mixed with gravy, marinated meat and bun. Also, you must be surprised after your first bite, because it is very delicious. Roujia Mo won’t make you feel greasy. Because those meat in Roujia Mo are not cook by oil. The meat for the Roujia Mo is braised with a dozen different spices. The flavors of these spices are allowed to be absorbed by the meat as it stews, so the meat is called marinated.
Second, I like Roujia Mo so much. When I go to Shaanxi I will eat this. I always go to street of delicacies, because I can find the most traditional Roujia Mo in there. When evening is coming, Shaaxi’s people and tourist will come to the street, in order to get one Roujia Mo and the dinner. Because of the Roujia Mo the food street every night from 7:00 to 9:00, there will be a lot of people queuing at the door of rougamo shop to order food.
